Assists customers and customer departments' support personnel in resolving assigned hardware, software, integration, and operating system-level problems in the desktop, mobile computing and network environments.
Identifies problems, applies optimum solutions and communicates the resolutions.
Owns assigned issues, maintains complete, accurate and up-to-date incident tracking information, escalates to appropriate support departments and follows up with departments.
Candidates will be working in the warehouse handling asset management and encryption for all computers and hardware received before it is delivered to the end-user.
They will be responsible for tagging equipment, tracking, and managing the data.
Experience with encryption is highly desired.
WIN7 and WIN Magic Secure Doc is highly desired.
Candidates will be installing software, establishing adin rights on all computers received.
Candidates will be cross-training with the e-commissioning group.
High school diploma or equivalent.
6 months plus experience with desktop, mobile computing and/or network, including problem analysis/resolution, and installation.
